Welcome to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safeguarding Children Partnerships (HSCP & IOWSCP) Learning from Reviews Toolkit.

The Learning from Reviews Toolkit was commissioned by HSCP & IOWSCP to support the understanding and practical application of learning from recurring themes arising from local and national reviews.

The information in this toolkit reflects local and national learning and has been developed to support frontline professionals and managers who work with children and families. The material is free to access and available to all practitioners from any agency/organisation working with unborn babies, children and their families and adults with care and support needs across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
